I just wanted to make sure you guys knew how much I appreciated the hard work, dedication, focus and time you guys spent making SLC what it was this year - you guys made a real difference and I wanted to say thanks.

It's great to see some of you guys already moving into different projects, further developing your skills and making a difference elsewhere in the business.
